Welcome to Kissix! This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you and Kissix ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Kissix mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
To use most features of Kissix, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, usernames, graphics, images, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, links, and other content or materials (collectively, "Content") that you submit, post, or display on or via the Service.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to remove any Content that we determine in our sole discretion violates this Agreement.
We do not claim ownership of your Content. However, by posting Content on Kissix, you grant us a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use the Content that you post on or through the Service.
The Kissix name and logo are trademarks of Kissix, and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Agreement.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You can terminate your account at any time by deactivating it within the application settings.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kissix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Service and your use thereof.
In no event shall Kissix, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
